This is a promising restaurant. Just need a little tweaking with the customer service. The ribs were really good! The greens did not look like the greens on there menu, no smoked meat in it as advertised but was seasoned really well. The potatoe salad was a little bland maybe could use a little more mayo and relish. I tried the baked spaghetti my friend ordered and it was surprisingly really tasty. Would definitely go back for the ribs and spaghetti.Ok! I been meaning to do an update. My fiance and I went back here for Valentines since everywhere else was crowded and I am sooo happy we did. They had it decorated all cute and had some good R&b jams going.The drinks were strong. It was truly a vibe! The customer service has improved tremendously!! This is my new favorite spot! Ready to go back.

I can't say enough about the outstanding service we received at this BBQ restaurant. The staff went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional. The food was nothing short of amazing. The BBQ rib tip & fries were in our mouths, and the sides were incredibly flavorful. The ambiance had a relaxed, down-home feel with a great mix of blues music playing in the background. A true gem for BBQ enthusiasts!

This is not my first time here and it won’t be my last, the food was phenomenal. The Ribs literally melt in your mouth and I’ve never tasted a potato salad that was so delicious, honestly the best potato salad in all of Northern California. Definitely a great fine dining experience.

The food was phenomenal. Brisket Sandwiches were off the chart! The potato salad was the best my husband & I have ever had! The staff is so friendly and kind. The interior is beautiful. Don’t miss out on this place. Sacramento finally has its #1 BBQ place in town!!!!

Then he tells me..."Hey, since your coming over anyway...can you stop at Taste Buds Barbeque and pick up a few things..I already called it in"That's right..I get invited over for dinner, and I not only have to bring it but I had to pay for it too! I guess that's what friends are for.Man-O-Man that BBQ from Taste Buds was Amazing!

Great experience and excellent food for my husband and I. Had not tried since covid takeout, and boy what a difference. TBH, I don't usually care for takeout, and trying a place for the first time via takeout doesn't give the restaurant a fair chance, but I digress.This time, I got the rib tips with greens and potato salad and I loved everything. I really, really thought the potato salad was the best I've had in years. We don't go out very often anymore, but I'll be back for sure! I missed having hush puppies as an option, but not all rib places offer them.
